The regulations that govern these systems require a full inspection of all sewer systems every three to five years. Areas that exhibit root penetration, seam separation or even collapse are subject to rehabilitation, depending upon severity.

If requested, MME can provide tracking of inspected sewer systems to insure that the required five-year inspection deadline is not missed.
