MME is equipped with experienced and skilled personnel to handle all the responsibilities involved with planning and executing any size construction project.

MME Project Managers have managed various projects ranging from small to grand scale and are trained to ensure compliance with the standards and specifications for the project at hand.

Problem solving techniques are utilized when necessary to ensure that each project runs as smoothly as possible.

Hartsfield Airport Runway Expansion, Atlanta, Georgia - 2002

Designs were developed for Phase I and Phase II erosion control measures for newly graded site, including temporary sedimentation ponds and diversion beams.

Rockbridge Square Commercial Development, DeKalb County, Georgia - 2003

This was a ten-acre site being developed for commercial use including retail shops, restaurants, and a commercial bank. Responsibilities included pre-design site investigations; detailed site designs, preparation of project plans including Grading & Drainage, Utility, and Erosion Control and preparation of a hydrology study report.

Leak Detection Survey, Birmingham, Alabama - 2004

MME was retained by the Birmingham Water Works Board to locate leaks in the City’s water transmission and distribution system. The project consisted of locating and marking existing main lines and service lines using ground penetrating radar (GPR) and utility locator equipment. Suspect leak locations were verified and refined using acoustical and electrical verification methods. Failure analysis was performed to determine the root cause of leaks, and to provide a predictive model to assess the potential for future leaks.

Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority, St. Thomas, USVI - Current

MME is an engineering consultant to the U.S. Virgin Island Water and Power Authority, preparing designs and construction documents for various water supply systems throughout the Virgin Islands as well as residential, commercial, and institutional developments.

Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES), Atlanta, Georgia - Current

The City of Atlanta, Georgia is currently undergoing a major sewer system evaluation survey (SSES). As an experienced project manager, Mr. Allen oversees CCTV Inspection, Cleaning, Smoke Testing, Manhole Location, Manhole Assessment, and successfully worked with Municipality and Industrial Clients.
